Shipping and Returns

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A maximum of five days after order registration may be required to ship the order. The ordered product is shipped through the postal system to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

Delivery times are between 3 and 10 business days.

To allow the company Paint By Numbers to execute its obligation of delivery, the customer will have to make sure that the communicated information is exact and complete. It will have to indicate in particular the street number, the number of building, the number of staircase, the access code of entry, the name and first name of the recipient and his telephone number.

The company Paint By Numbers responds to defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery as provided for in Article L211-5 of the Consumer Code.

The buyer shall verify the conformity of the delivered package upon receipt.

He shall have the right to refuse the delivery if it appears to be manifestly non-conforming. In the event that the package or its contents appear to him to be damaged, he shall make written reservations to the carrier. He will have the choice, either to return it to the company Paint By Numbers for standard exchange or to ask for a refund of the price paid and in which case, he will have to communicate his credit card number.

RETURN AND RETURN

In the event that the buyer wishes to make a return of an order, he/she must first contact the customer relations department at the following address: contact@paint-by-numbers.us

The customer relations department will then tell him/her what to do.

The customer will have to specify the reason for his return, the reference of the item as well as the number of his order.

In any case, the buyer has a period of 14 working days from delivery to request an exchange or refund of part or all of his order. The costs of returns are at your expense. 

The buyer's right to refund or exchange is valid only for unworn items returned in their original packaging. In the case of a refund request for an item that has benefited from free or reduced shipping costs, the shipping costs according to the current rate will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping is free for deliveries in the USA and the rest of the world.

In case of refund, the customer will be refunded the amount due, after receipt of the product by Paint By Numbers within 30 days, by bank transfer.
